Delete your account
- In Potsticker, open Journal and tap the settings button next to My journal.
- In Your kitchen, scroll to Your account and tap Delete account, then confirm.
This deletes your Potsticker account and everything stored with it, including your imports, and your phone goes back to the sign-in screen. If you have Potsticker Plus, deleting your account doesn't cancel it: cancel the subscription first, as below.
Manage or cancel Potsticker Plus
Apple bills Potsticker Plus, so it lives with your other subscriptions. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Potsticker. With Plus, Manage subscription in Potsticker's Your kitchen screen takes you to the same place.
Plus on a new phone
Sign in with the same account, then tap Restore purchases in Your kitchen.
Refunds
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Write to [email protected] with what happened, and a screenshot if you have one.
